For time:

Run 1600 meters
115 pound Thruster, 9 reps
Run 800 meters
115 pound Thruster, 15 reps
Run 400 meters
115 pound Thruster, 21 reps

Used 52.5kg for the thrusters, which i was really pleased with. Done first 2 sets unbroken then last set was broken into 5/5/4/7.
