Workout of the Day

For time:

20 inch Box jump, 50 reps
15 foot Rope climb, 5 ascents
1.5 pood Kettlebell swing, 50 reps
50 sit-ups
40 pound dumbell Hang power clean, 50 reps
800 meter Run
50 Back extensions

Was aiming for under 20 mins but really happy with that time

I also done a Rutman mile with a 25kg sand bag. done it in 14:09. Used the area in the aerobic studio that is marked out for the 20m bleep test and done 85 laps, which is just over the mile.

Got my own army kit bag now, so heading down to the builders yard to get some sand. Also got gymnastics tonight which should be good.

Can just picture u in a ballet dress matie in a couple of months :-) Anyway well done for that run today. Still on the case about how to get that weight sorted in a small enough bag.

Good time! Going to give this one a go today if my stomach doesn't give out. Been off feeling off for the past couple of days. Maybe I'll meet the clown in the middle of htis one and get rid of this feeling. did Fat fran yesterday. 3 minutes faster than last time, but still way to slow.
