L Pull ups + Squats

Workout of the Day

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

10 L pull-ups
20 Squats

Post rounds and fractions of round completed to comments.

I managed 9 full rounds plus 6 squats.

The L Pull Ups were very, very hard. I only managed 2 sets before switching to tucked pull ups
