Also done the bleep test with a member of the gym that has the Police fitness test this Saturday. He told me last week that he would do it with no problems, al he had to do was get to level 9.6

I ran with him as he done it and he managed to get to level 8.6 before stopping. I got to level 10 then stopped.

Today I also took a leaf out of Karls book and during my shift done a total of 200 pull ups.

Two P.T clients in today, both doing "Helen" and both kicking ass big time. Well done Brian & Sheryl!!

A couple questions for you; the 200 pull-ups per day/shift, is that something you do often or every couple days? Also, muscle ups, got any good reading on them or did you just watch the couple videos of them out there and read Coach Sommers' few posts?

Troy- the 200 pull up thing will be a regular, but that was the first time ive done it.

as for the muscle up i watched matt g doing one on video, and also had a friend help me with the technique. Im going to try and get a good video of me doing it. One big problem I have is i dont make the transition with two shoulders at the same time, because of a right shoulder injury

Karl - you are a mad-man

Shite.

Gotta get a pull up bar in the office. Maybe I'll do pushups...start out with 100, though.
