Deadlift & HSPU

Workout of the Day

9 rounds for time of:

225 pound Deadlift, 5 reps
5 Handstand push-ups

Deadlifts with 102.5kg. Felt easy
HSPU's first two sets of 5 then dropped to singles, doubles and trebles.

First WOD back after a stomach bug and serious jet lagg.
