Not training today. My right knee is really sore, this has been since the dumbell squat cleans so taking today off.

Got our annual fancy dress party for the softball team tonight so Jackie has been really budy all week making costumes for us both. She is going as Cleopatra and Im going as a Roman centurion..pictures to follow!
