20 secs work for 15 mins

Workout of the Day

For fifteen minutes do pull-ups for twenty seconds, then sit-ups for twenty seconds, followed by squats for twenty seconds.

No idea how many reps I got but had a great workout.

P.T tonight was with Jackie and our friend Julie. both of them done 3 sets of 400m run and 10 squats, and both were fantastic. Jackie was amazing, she was running like a demon!
