Workout of the Day

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

25 Pull-ups
50 Push-ups
75 Squats

Post rounds and fractions of rounds to comments.

Managed 3 rounds + 11 pull ups

I also managed to tweek my right shoulder a wee bit doing thte pull ups on the first set . I done the full 25 without a break but was not propereley warmed up.
