Five rounds for max reps of:

Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds

B.W 85kg

Bench Press 8,7,6,6,4

Pull-Ups 23(P.R) 16, 11,12,10

Personal best at pull-ups by 5 reps
