"Lynne"

Five rounds for max reps of:

Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds

Had to drop weight due to shoulder becoming unstable.

Sure wish this shoulder would heal up. At 45 I don't seem to heal as quickly as I once did.
