Workout of the Day

"Cindy"

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Post rounds and fractions of rounds completed to comments.


22 rounds + pull ups + push ups

A little less than last time but still felt that I worked really hard

Also managed to get a new record in pull-ups...got 25 kipping pull ups
