SDLHP + Dips

95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 21 reps
21 Ring dips

THAT WAS HARD!!!

Done this with 42.5kg SDLHP and bar dips x 1

There is no way I could have done the usual subb for ring dips, 2 or 3 times bar dips, especialy after gettin "Murphed" yesterday
