CROSSFIT SCOTLAND

Got Karl staying for a couple of days, doing an Olympic lifting course. We hit this after the course
Davie - 60kg power cleans plus bar dips x 2Time - 8:39
Karl - 40kg squat cleans plus bar dipsTime - 9:11

Then at night we both went to gymnastics class and messed around all night doing handstands and forward rolls..good times!!
