5km Run

Run 5km

Not my fastest time but still happy with it.

Also started a beginners weightlifting programe today that I am going to incorporates into my CrosFit workouts. Done this-

Power cleans 5 x 5 - 60kg/60/65/70/75

Snatch Balance 5 x 5 - 20kg/25/25/25/25

Snatch high pull 5 x 5 - 80kg/80/80/60/60

Back squat 5 x 5 - 60kg/80/100/80/80
