Rest Day

Rest day today.

I managed to get a hold of just over 100kg of weight plates today, 3 small size diameter bars and a set of dumbell handles. Havent paid for them yet.

I can also get a crappy wee weider bench as well if I want, dont really want it but might just take it anyway.

Take it! At the worst you can turn it over pile your weights on it and make it a sled to pull. CrossFit thinking.
