Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Post times and fractions of rounds to comments
Still feeling really drained today so not doing this. Might make an attempt on it Sunday
Did this on Sunday aftyer the MMA Challenge - 16 rounds plus 5+10+8
