Hang squat clean, 50 pound dumbells
Handstand push-ups

Time Limit 25 minutes.
I got through 3 sets of deads/pull ups and 2 sets of KB swings/HSPU in the 25 minutes. 225# for deads and 1.5 pood for KB.
