Power Snatch 5 x 5 - 30kg/30/35/40/40
Jerk Balance 5 x 5 - 30kg/35/35/40/40
Clean Pulls 5 x 5 - 50kg/50/70/70
Front Squats 5 x 5 - 60/80/80/80/60
The two Crossfit rules of perseverance:
Rule #1. Take one more step. Rule #2. When you think you can't take one more step, refer to Rule #1.

you start with the bar on your front delt/top of chest as if you have cleaned it.
from there you place one foot forward and one back as if you have jerked it, but still keep the bar on your shoulders
then you dip and drive the bar up, jumping front foot forward slightly and dipping the rear knee.
