London Seminar

Im heading to London on Wednesday for the first CrossFit London Seminar.

Im getting the bus from Glasgow on Wednesday morning, getting to London onWednesday night and spending the day on Thursday with Andrew and Steve before getting ready for the seminar on Thursday night.

So I'll post as soon as I can and get as many photos as possible.
