dropped the weight to 30kg and made sure every rep was as good as I could do it. last time I used the prescribed weight and my technique was awful!

Great time ! Great to see you didn't sacrifice technique for weight . In about a 2 weeks I'll be joining you with the WOD's . Get ready for some friendly competition ;-)
