Run, sit up, back ext, run

Workout of the Day

For time:

Run 1 mile
100 Sit-ups
100 Back extensions
Run 1 mile

Mix and match back extensions and sit-ups as needed

Didnt get this one done because I was on the bus to London for 9 and a half hours. Will need to try and fit it in this week some time.
