Workout of the Day

For time

21-15-9 reps of:

Deadlifts 110kg
H.S.P.U's

13:45

All deadlifts unbroken
H.S.P.U's broken and with lots of negatives.

I managed to get lots of singles, some doubles, a treble and on the first set got 4 in a row again.
