Run 800 meters
25 L-pull-ups
75 pound Overhead squats, 30 reps

done this on friday because I had a stomach bug on thursday
felt really slow on the runs and the ohs really pulled on my back

Nice time big man! Had to drop the weight on OHS to 20kg cos it hurt my shoulder, but even then it was double tough. My form sucks arse so better work on that beauty....

Runs were a rest.....LOL
