Extra rest day

Im taking an extra rest day this week as I have trained for the past 6 days. I hate doing this but I think I really need today and tomorrow off, I feel like shit.

Well, you did SOS in the middle of it, so I guess you can be let off. Although I have my suspicions that you just didn't like the look of the good mornings and KTEs! (rightly so, they were hell!)
