One Year on

Today is exactly a year since I began CrossFit. Over this last year I have become the fittest i have ever been, made some really amazing friends, met some of the coolest people on the planet and joined a community that inspires me every day.

I am so glad to be a part of this and hope to be able to spread the word as much as possible.

CrossFit Rocks!
