Workout of the Day

Three rounds, 15-12-and 9 reps, for time of:

135 pound(60kg) barbell Thrusters

45 pound (20kg)weighted Pull-ups

9:11

Almost killed me this one. All thrusters unbroken, all pull ups broken.
