H.S.C D.B.T + 400m run

Workout of the Day

5 rounds for time of:

45-pound Dumbbell hang squat clean thruster, 10 reps
Run 400 meters

The gym was closed to the public today so i had the whole place to myself, which meant i didnt need to run the length of the gym to get the dumbells...had them right next to me.


used treadmill and 2 x 20kg dumbells
