Barbara

Workout of the Day

“Barbara”

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups

30 Push-ups

40 Sit-ups

50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

all sets of pull ups broken, last 3 sets of sit ups broken but press ups and squats unbroken.

It felt like I was really slow on this one today, but looking at some of the other times posted I feel a bit better about it. Also done a wee bit of Kettlebell stuff,but had to stop to take Cameron to karate.
