Bench Press & 400m runs

Five rounds for time:

135 pound Bench press, 21 reps
Run 400 meters

Used 60kg for bench

Also today I did 200 pull ups while on my shift. Will test my max again on Wednesday.

This one kicked my skinny arse!

60kg is like 90% of my bodyweight and my time at this wod reflected that even with me running like a demon to make time up!
