Shack Workout

Done a workout in the shack today, really enjoyed it.

Warm up

press ups
sit ups
ohs with bar
sampson stretch

Workout

3 x medicine ball thruster x 15
3 x k.b swings x 21
3 x renegade row x 10
2 x clean & press x 8 each side
3 x Judo belt press ups x 12
3 x Judo belt dips x 10
Anchored sit ups - mixed between weighted, twists and regular
