Three rounds for time of:

Run 100 meters
50 Push-ups
Run 100 meters
50 Sit-ups
Run 100 meters
50 Squats
Run 100 meters
50 Back extensions

ran 150m on treadmill to allow for build up of speed plus 25m run and back to area in free weights where i was doing modified ghd sit ups and back extensions

On a good day the squats at the beginning would be a nice way to push it, on a regular or bad day I think I'd like them better at the end.
