Rest day

Rest day, but didnt rest.

Had Kevin and Martin for P.T today and they both done "Jackie" 1000m row, 50 thrusters, 30 pullups.

After coaching Martin, I did it myself and beat my last time by 4 seconds. Also done a kettlebell workout - swings, snatches, push press, renegade row, pass throughs and cleans.
