Workout of the Day

“Helen”

Three rounds for time:

Run 400 meters
1 ½ pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

was aiming for under 11 mins so VERY happy with this time. Done it on the treadmill at 1% incline and used a 24kg dumbell

took me around 10 mins to fully recover after this and had the usual comments of " Is that you just warming up?" and "what the fu*k are you doing?". Both of these comments came from guys doing bicep curls in the squat rack with belts and fu*king gloves on !!!
